Addicted to Drying
I decided to buy a commercial dehydrator and ever since, no food is safe.
In the field
Soaking in sea salt water
Sliced in half and placed on racks
Sure doesn't look like many mushrooms when they are dried.

Frog Hut
New to me is the story of the man who spent most of his life longing to go to Heaven. When he died, an angel took him on a kind of conducted tour. He showed him majestic mountains and rushing streams, noble forests and flowery meadows. There were children laughing and playing and the sound of music everywhere. One glad and beautiful sight after another was shown to him.
"How wonderful" he exclaimed. "So this is heave!"
"No," replied the angel. "This is the world in which you lived and never saw"
A reminder that we should always keep our eyes open to the beauties and wonders around us. Let's enjoy them! ~The Friendship Book of Francis Gay, 1983
